What colour ribbons do we have? Can I use my own ribbon?

Our ribbon colours range from so many different shades. For example green ribbon comes in Hunter Green, Kiwi, Green Apple, Emerald, Aqua, Lime Green. But we will do our best to match the colour you require.

The quality of the ribbon is very important for the print to adhere to. All our ribbons are pre-tested so to save on time and wastage, we recommed using our own supply. 

What colour foils can we print?

We can print ribbons with the following foil colours that are in stock: metallic gold, metallic silver, matt silver, white, black.  We can also print green, blue, burgundy, purple, caramel, red and just NEW is pink!  However, these foils may come with an extra small fee and are only available on request.

Can we do samples?

Absolutely! We can supply you with a sample for a small fee.  We want to get the product to perfection and our customers optimal satisfaction.  We will always recommend the most suitable style and will endeavour to achieve the best possible outcome. 

Can we do business logos?

Yes we can, however it needs to be in a black and white jpeg image. We will provide all businesses with a free sample before printing.

When is delivery?

Depending on your location, stock availability and volume of customer orders, we normally have it ready and delivered within 3 to 7 working days.

What if I am unhappy with the ribbon?

Contact us immediately. We will then either reprint your ribbon, if the error is ours, or refund your deposit.  You must however, send us back your faulty ribbon.
